Crown Holdings, Inc. announced that Ryan C. Harrington has been appointed corporate director, internal audit. Harrington will report to Alan W. Rutherford, Crown’s vice chairman and chief financial officer. Harrington is responsible for the global Internal Audit functions of the company, including the oversight of process and internal control reviews, development of risk assessment methodology and assisting in the compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Mr. Harrington has been with the Company for five years and was previously manager, internal audit. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Harrington was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Philadelphia.
